When system pressure exceeds the set value, the valve opens immediately and transitions into full-lift operation, allowing high-capacity discharge of process media to prevent equipment failure and ensure operational safety.

Working Principle
The valve operates based on the balance between spring preload force and system pressure.
When system pressure reaches the set value, the disc lifts rapidly. After reaching the critical lift point, the valve enters full-lift mode, providing maximum flow capacity for rapid pressure relief. Once system pressure drops to a safe level, the spring force reseats the disc to ensure tight shutoff and system integrity.
